When you receive an automated Windows Intune Alert, the alert mentions the computer name but does not tell you the user.

The way to resolve this is to follow the below procedure:

  1. Click the windows Intune link provided
  2. Click on the computer name
  3. Click the hardware tab and at the top it will tell you the logged in user
